Coaching for Financial Advisors and Teams

A coach’s role is not to teach you something you don’t know. It’s to work with you to tap into your innate strengths and abilities and help you get closer to operating at your optimum level.

Chris works with his clients to achieve clarity about where they are today and where they want to be, and what they must do to get there. With each client, Chris establishes a strategy for success and develops a structure with specific accountability measures that will ensure the successful execution of the strategy. The end result is that the clients’ activities are in alignment with their vision.

Each coaching engagement is customized to the clients’ needs, style, and objectives.

  • Structure of the coaching engagement

    The coaching engagement for Financial Advisors and Teams is one year. Each engagement begins with an in-depth discovery session at your place of business. The discovery session includes one-on-one time with each Team member and a group discussion. In this discussion Chris will get to know you, your Team, and your book. Together with your Coach you will identify key coaching goals and opportunities. Every quarter you will meet face-to-face with your coach for an intensive session which typically lasts 2-4 hours. Each month there are two scheduled phone sessions. One call is 90 minutes and strategic in nature. The second call is a 30 minute laser call and is more tactical. In addition to the scheduled sessions you will have access to your Coach by phone and email as needed.

    Fees

    $15,000-$25,000 annually depending on team size and location. Fees are billed quarterly in advance. All fees exclude travel cost which is the responsibility of the client.
